Abstract: The efficacy tests of Solfac WP 10 were made against public health insects in laboratory.On glass surface,quite good quick efficacy was obtained against the mosquito,the housefly and the cockroach, and the long-lasting efficacy was all over two years.On painted wood surface, the quick efficacy was similar to the above, but the long-lasting efficacy was over two years against the mosquito and the housefly, while about one year against the cockroach. On cement surface, the quick efficacy was not as good as the above, and the long-lasting efficacy was only half a year.On the glass surface of all the three, the application quantity was the least,the efficacy was the best. Among the three kinds of insects, the best efficacy was obtained against the housefly.
