灭蚊幼油膜剂的研究

摘要: 本文报告了一种依据蚊幼生态特征,将杀虫剂有效成分浓集于水表面,以化学和物理方式迅速杀灭蚊幼虫的新剂型──灭蚊幼油膜剂。该剂以溴氰菊酯、油类、表面活性剂等组成,杀虫有效成分为0.25%。经实验室证明,用1ml/m2剂量,对致倦库蚊幼虫的KT50为22.23min,持效15天以上。现场应用于住宅区域的蚊幼孳生地效果明显,持效7~30天。该剂性质稳定,杀虫迅速,使用方便,用量少,成本低,适合于基层单位使用。

Abstract: This paper reported a new agent-mosquito larvicidal oil-membrane formulation depending on the ecological feature of mosquito larvae.This formulation consisted of Deltamethrin,oil and surface activity agent,et al.Its effective concentration was 0.25%.Because insecticide was concentrated on the surface of water,it killed mosquito larvae speedly by means of chemistry and physics.By the laboratory test against Culex pipiens fatigans larvae,the KT50 were 2.03 minutes with 1ml/m2,the 24 hours mortality was 100% and the effective duration was over 15 days.In field trials,its killing effects were more significant than the control.The properties of the formulation in use were stable.It was uncomplicated.The cast was cheap.
