摘要: 笔者采用勺捞法及幼虫分离法,观察灭幼宝颗粒剂控制容器型及污水沟蚊虫孳生地的持续效果?当剂量为12.5~100mga·i/m2时,有效抑制容器型蚊幼虫羽化达21~49天;当为100mga·i/m2剂量时,有效抑制污水沟蚊幼虫羽化达28天。灭幼宝颗粒剂在污水沟表现具有较长的持效期,对控制城市污水沟等蚊虫孳生地有重要意义。

Abstract: It was reported that the residual effect of S-31183 0.5G for Mosquito control in ponds and dairy wasterwater drain was evaluated by the methods of dipper and larval isolation,S-31183 0.5G against mosquitoes provided effective inhibition of emergence for 21~49 days at 12.5~100mg a·i/m2 in the ponds and 28 days at 100 mg a·i/m2 in the drain, It showed superiority and long term control for mosquito breeding source.
