摘要: 由埃及伊蚊为主要媒介的登革热、基孔肯雅热、寨卡病毒病等重要虫媒传染病广泛流行于热带、亚热带地区。近年来,受厄尔尼诺效应及其全球贸易和交通运输业的快速发展影响,埃及伊蚊分布区域不断扩大,上述重要传染病传播风险逐渐升高。该文通过检索和综合分析国内外文献,就该蚊在云南省的分布、重要生态学习性及其带病毒率研究进展进行综述,为监测和防制登革热的传播媒介提供参考依据。
