澜沧江下游河谷地带人房蚊虫群落特征的研究

摘要: 目的 对云南省澜沧江下游河谷地带人房蚊虫群落特征进行研究。方法 采用CDC诱蚊灯通宵捕蚊,对所获得的数据进行群落学特征分析。结果 共捕蚊2亚科6属8亚属17种3357只,其中,优势种为三带喙库蚊(28.09%)、微小按蚊(25.92%)和中华按蚊(23.03%),其优势度(D)>40;优势度集中指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、均匀性指数分别为0.21、1.82、0.55;经χ2(P>P0.05)检验和回归分析(r>0.325)综合比较,发现微小按蚊与棕头库蚊、多斑按蚊与伪杂鳞库蚊、霜背库蚊与麻翅库蚊结合的较好。结论 澜沧江下游河谷地带人房蚊虫群落物种较为丰富,群落组成与结构较复杂,且在该群落中的优势种数量分布基本均匀和稳定。

Abstract: Objective To study the mosquito community of human rooms in the lower valley of Lancang Jiang river, Yunnan province. Methods CDC light traps were used to collect mosquitoes in human rooms all night and species data were analyzed by entomological community methods. Results 3357 mosquitoes were collected and identified as 17 species of 8 subgenera, 6 genera, 2 subfamilies. The dominant species were Culex tritaeniorhynchus(28.09%), Anopheles minimus(25.92%) and An.sinensis(23.03%) respectively and the dominance(D) exceeded 40. Simpson's index of dominant centralization(C), Shannon-Wiener's diversity index(H′) and evenness(E) were 0.21, 1.82 and 0.55 respectively. Compared the Chi-square (P>P0.05) with the Regressive analysis (r>0.325), the results revealed that the combining level were fine between An.minimus and Cx.fuscocephalus, An.maculatus and Cx.pseudovishnui, Cx.whitmorei and Cx.bitaeniorhynchus. Conclusion Mosquito species are abundant in human rooms of the lower valley of Lancang Jiang river and the community structure and component are relatively complicated, the distributions of dominant species are basically even and stable.
