5种避蚊胺缓释制剂实验室驱蚊效果观察

摘要: 目的 实验观察5种避蚊胺缓释制剂的驱蚊效果。方法 利用高分子化合物PVP、PVPP,制备PVPP-Ⅰ、PVPP-Ⅱ、PVPP-Ⅲ、PVP-Ⅰ、PVP-Ⅱ5种避蚊胺缓释制剂,在实验室对淡色库蚊进行驱避效果试验,并与避蚊胺普通制剂I(凝胶剂)、Ⅱ(凝胶乳剂)、Ⅲ(霜剂)及2种市售驱避剂(六神驱蚊花露水、隆力奇驱蚊花露水)的驱避效果进行比较。结果 SD大鼠腹部脱毛,按1.5 mg/cm2或1.5μl/cm2处理。5种避蚊胺缓释制剂的有效保护时间达10-13 h,使用11 h后的有效保护率依次为82.43%、97.09%、100%、92.32%和100%,明显优于3种避蚊胺普通制剂和2种市售驱避剂(有效保护时间4-8 h,使用11 h后的有效保护率依次为23.08%、45.62%、34.55%、43.96%和50.87%)。结论 利用高分子聚合物研制成的避蚊胺缓释制剂缓释驱蚊效果较好。

Abstract: Objective To study the repellent effectiveness of five DEET sustained release formulations in laboratory.Methods DEET sustained release formulations,PVPP-Ⅰ,PVPP-Ⅱ,PVPP-Ⅲ,PVP-Ⅰ and PVP-Ⅱ,made of PVP and PVPP were evaluated using Culex pipens pallens in laboratory with three DEET ordinary formulations and two commercial repellents as control.Results Exposed the SD rats to the repellents at the dosage of 1.5 mg/cm2 or 1.5 μl/cm2.The experiment showed that the average available protective time of all the five kinds of DEET sustained release formulations were from 10 to 13 hours.The effective protect rates after being used for 11 hour were 82.43%,97.09%,100%,92.32% and 100% separately.DEET sustained release formulations were all superior to the other tested repellents(The average available protective time of three ordinary DEET formulations and two commercial repellents are between 4 to 8 hours.The effective protect rates after being used for 11 hour were 23.08%,45.62%,34.55%,43.96% and 50.87% separately).Conclusion DEET sustained release formulations have the advantages of obvious sustained repellent effect.
