东乡伊蚊幼虫的野外孳生习性及安备对其防制效果观察

摘要: 目的 观察东乡伊蚊幼虫的野外孳生习性,为制定防制对策提供依据。方法 每月2次定点、定人、定量捞取幼虫进行各龄期分类计数,同时进行实验室饲养观察以进行种类鉴定,用安备1%杀孑孓颗粒剂2g/m2进行现场防制试验。结果 东乡伊蚊幼虫在海边岩石孳生环境中一年四季均见孳生,4~5月幼虫密度达高峰,并能持续发生到11月上旬;投安备后20h水体中幼虫全部死亡,且30d后该水体才出现幼虫孳生。结论 海滨岩石坑洼是东乡伊蚊孳生的一个适宜场所,温度适宜时可以大发生。安备对其有较好的控制作用。雨后及时发现新的孳生水体并进行有效防制是关键。

Abstract: Objective To observe the growth and development of Aedes togoi in field and provide basis information for its control. Methods Ae.togoi larvae were collected and counted twice a month from the accumulated water on the seashore by fixed-places ,fixed-observer and fixed-time. The obtained larvae were reared in laboratory for adults for species identification. The effect of 1% ANBEI on the mosquito larvae control was studied at rate of 2 g/m2 . Results Ae.togoi can developed in accumulated water in the rocks on the seashore in Qingdao all year along with a peak from Apr. to May. Since 20 h after application of ANBEI at a rate of 2 g/m2 ,all the larvae were died,the effect could last for 30 d . Conclusion Accumulated water in the rocks on the seashore in Qingdao was the suitable place for Ae.togoi breeding. ANBEI has a good effect on Ae.togoi control.
