双硫磷颗粒剂控制城镇市河蚊幼的效果研究

摘要: 目的探讨城镇市河流动水中蚊幼的防制对策,观察双硫磷颗粒剂的灭蚊效果和持效期。方法在试验河道中,分别采用2g/m2和1g/m2双硫磷颗粒剂进行灭蚊效果和持效时间观察。结果两个浓度组24h蚊幼下降率分别为90.2%和90.9%,经统计学处理,相对密度指数均小于50,灭蚊效果显著,2g/m2浓度组持效12d,1g/m2浓度组持效5d。结论该颗粒剂能够有效地控制城镇市河流动水中蚊幼孳生,2g/m2浓度组效果优于1g/m2浓度组,持效比乳剂长。

Abstract: Objective To study the mosquito larvae management strategy in Shanghai City stream river and the effect,long-lasting activity of abate granules against mosquito larvae.Methods Observing the effect and efficiency time of abate granules against mosquito larvae in 2 concentrations(2g/m2 and 1g/m2).Results The decreasing rate of 2 concentrations in 24h were,90.2% and 90.9%,respectively both RPIs were less than 50,the effect was obvious,long-lasting active time was 12 days at rate of 2 g/m2,5 days at 1 g/m 2.Conclusion The granules possesse good activity mosquito larvae control in stream river,the effect at rate of 2 g/m2 is better than at 1 g/m2.The lasting time of granules is longer than emulsion.
