德国小蠊对氯菊酯的抗性及抗性消退研究

摘要: 目的了解德国小蠊对氯菊酯的抗性和抗氯菊酯德国小蠊的抗性消退。方法果酱瓶药膜法。结果对氯菊酯3年抗性监测,8个调查点的抗性倍数为0.59~7.93;抗氯菊酯德国小蠊不接触杀虫剂,培育至第4代,抗性消失37.22%,第8代抗性消失69.74%,第10代抗性消失85.79%。结论福建调查点的虫株对氯菊酯已产生抗性,部分调查点的抗性呈上升趋势。抗氯菊酯德国小蠊虫株由中等程度抗性转变为低抗性至基本消失需要3年。

Abstract: Objective To survey the resistance of the German cockroach and the resistant subsidence of permethrin-resistant German cockroach.Methods The method of contacting with chemical cover in jar was used in this paper.Results The resistant ratio in 8 investigated places was 0.59-7.93,which had been monitered the resistance to permethrin for 3 years.When permethrin-resistant German cockroach did not contact with the insecticide,the resistance decreased 37.22 percent until the 4th generation,and the resistance decreased 69.74 percent until the 8th,and 85.79 percent until the 10th.Conclusion The strains of investigated places in Fujian had resistance to permethrin and tended to rise.It needs about 3 years that the resistance of permethrin-resistant German cockroach subsides from middle degree to low degree,and basically to non-resistance.
