摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的调查河川水假结核耶尔森菌(Y.pseudotuberculosis)分布情况。方法采集河川水用3种处理方法进行目的菌分离。结果检出Y.pseudotuberculosis28株。结论检查河川水进行目的菌分离是一个非常好的指标。

Abstract: Objective To investigate distributive circumstances in water from river and plain.Methods We collected water from river and plain and isolated the target bacteria with three kinds of methods.Results Twenty-eight strains Y.pseudotuberculosis were isolated.Conclusion It is a better index to check water from river and plain to isolate target bacteria.
