Abstract: The observations on efficiency of caseade in controlling house fly in laboratory and the field experiment on its third larvae denonstratel that LC₅₀ was 0.0009 0.1 third larvae in laboratory. 0.01% and 0.005% cascade water solution had effective efficacy in controlling second and third larvae, but it was worse on egg. When caseade at a concentration of 0.06% and 0.006% used as food for house fly, it resalted in inflaeicing its life apan the influence of two was different, KT₅₀ was 23.1336d.30. 5844d. Respectively, "t" method test showed it wasn't remarkable, in the control group, KT₅₀ was 59.5662d. , house fly that fed 0.06% and 0.003% cascade food could produce egg, but the egg couldn't grow up to adult. 0.013% and 0.0067% cascade water solution revealed a good efficiency in killing, third larvae of wild house fly population. We advised that cascade could be spread in controlling house fly.
