青海田鼠鼠疫自然疫源地监测指标及方法的研究

摘要: 目的:确定青海田鼠抽样方法及该鼠体外寄生蚤抽样数量;病原学和血清学最低抽检数量。方法:调查6种样方,进行方差分析,以确定适宜青海田鼠抽样的样方面积;用修改后的成数无放回理论抽样数量公式:n=log-1(p)(q2N/(pq+Nd),作为调查青海田鼠体外寄生蚤时确定样本量公式;用病原学最低检验公式:n=log(a)/log(1-P)+1,来估测监测工作中病原学及血清学检验数量。结果:当鼠密度>100只/hm2,样方>400m2以上调查面积时,均可做为青海田鼠抽样样方的调查面积。在对青海田鼠体外寄生蚤进行调查时,每月抽检该鼠50~100只,其可信度可达95%以上。用最低检验量公式推算出在发生青海田鼠鼠疫流行时,在总体中发现1只染疫鼠至少要检验该鼠37只,发现1只自毙染疫青海田鼠至少应检验自毙鼠8只,发现1只捕获染疫鼠要检验活体鼠221只。发现1份血凝阳性至少应检验青海田鼠血清24份,犬血清18份。结论:该疫源地调查样方面积不小于400m2;鼠体蚤调查每月不少于50只鼠;鼠疫细菌学调查不少于220只鼠。

Abstract: Objective:To determine the sampling method for Microtus fuscus,sample amount of parasitic fleas on surface of Microtus fuscus and the least sampling amount for pathogenic and serological methods.Methods:6 specimen squares were investigated and analyzed by using analysis of variance to determine appropriate sampling areas of Microtus fuscus ;A modified formula of the oretical sampling quantity of no repeat sample observed unit of rate:n=log-1(p)(q 2N/(pq+Nd) was employed to ascertain the sampling amount of parasitic fleas on surface of Microtus fuscus;The lowest sampling amount of pathogen and serology were estimated by the formula:n=log(a)/log(1-P)+1,a= 0.05.Results:When the density of Microtus fuscus was more than 100 per hectare,or specimen square was more than 400 m2,this investigating area was determined for Microtus fuscus sampling area.50-100 Microtus fuscus were checked per mensem for the investigation of parasitic fleas on surface of Microtus fuscus.The reliability was above 95%.In the collectivity,during Microtus fuscus epizootic plague spreading,with the formula of the lowest sampling amount tested,one infected Microtus fuscus could be found from at least 37 Microtus fuscus to be checked.One died infected Microtus fuscus could be found from at least 8 died Microtus fuscus to be checked.One captured infected Microtus fuscus could be found from at least 221 captured Microtus fuscus to be checked.One positive serum could be found from at least 24 serum samples from Microtus fuscus or 18 serum samples from canine to be checked.Conclusion:To Investigate the specimen square more than 400 m2,more than 50 Microtus fuscus per mensem for surface parasitic fleas and more than 220 Microtus fuscus for Yersinia pestis in the plague nature foci.
