摘要: 目的:建立紫外-高效液相色谱法,测定驱蚊肤宁中N,N-二乙基间甲苯甲酰胺(DEET)的含量。方法:以YWGC18为反相柱,甲醇-水(2-1)为流动相,紫外检测波长为254nm。结果:驱蚊肤宁中DEET的回收率为100.10%,RSD为0.90%(n=5)。结论:该法简便、快速、准确、可靠,适合于产品的质量控制。

Abstract: Objective: UV-HPLC method was established for the determination of DEET in insect repellent QU WEN FU NING . Method: The chromatographic system consists of YWG C18 column and mobile phase of MeOH-H2O(2-1) with a detection wavelength at 254nm. Results: The recovery rate of the method was 100.10%(RSD=0.9%,n=5). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and reliable and can be used to control the quality in mass production.
