德国小蠊雌虫卵及卵巢的动态变化

摘要: 目的:实验观察德国小蠊雌虫卵及卵巢的动态变化。方法:测量雌虫卵及卵巢的大小。结果:雌虫羽化后第1,2天,卵发育缓慢,体积无明显变化;羽化后第3~7天,卵明显增大,随发育时间延长卵的大小呈幂指数增长。卵的体积与发育时间的关系,可用二次抛物线方程表示。不同发育时间虫体的大小变化不大,但卵巢形态明显改变,左侧卵巢中平均有21.51条卵小管,右侧卵巢有21.77条卵小管。结论:本实验为德国小蠊的形态学、生理学和生态学研究提供了数据。

Abstract: This experiment shows that the eggs develop slowly and their bulk has no evident change for 1-2 days after Blattella germanica emerged,while after 3-7 days their bulk gets bigger evidently.With the time extending,the egg's growth revealed in the tendence if a power serie.The egg's bulk and the growth time can be shown with quadratic parabolic equation as well.The body's bulk has no too much difference in the different growth time,while their ovary's form change evidently.The average number of the ovarian tubule for the left ovary is 21.51 and for the right is 21.77.
