摘要: 目的:研究驱避剂新剂型(驱蚊肤宁)的驱蚊效果和动物毒性。方法:实验室和现场驱蚊试验,分别在试者手背和小臂涂驱避剂,观察被蚊虫刺叮时间;动物毒性试验,按GB15670-1995进行。结果:实验室对白纹伊蚊和埃及伊蚊的完全有效时间为6.46±2.22和7.60±2.19小时。现场试验,在以凶小库蚊为主,且刺叮频率很高的情况下,2小时有效率60%~73.7%;在以淡色库蚊为主,刺叮率低的情况下,6小时有效率为52.4%~93.7%。驱蚊肤宁对大鼠经口LD50>5000mg/kg,大鼠经皮LD50>8000mg/kg,对家兔皮肤和眼睛无刺激性。结论:驱蚊肤宁效果良好,对温动物毒性低,使用安全。

Abstract: Objective:effects and toxicity of the new repellent formulation,Quwenfuning,were investigated.Methods:the protection time and protected rate were observed after it was used on the human backhand and arms in the laboratory and field. Its toxicity was tested by using rats and rabbits.Results:it provided the complete protection time of 6.46±2.22h against Aedes albopictus and 7.60±2.19h against Ae.aegypti in laboratory.About 60.0~73.7% and 52.4%~93.7% of the volunteers were protected against Culex modestus (the higher biting rate) and Cx.pipiens pallens (lower biting rate) in 2h and 6h respectively in fields.Its oral and dermal LD50 were higher than 5000mg/kg and 8000mg/kg respectively in rats,and has no dermal and eye irritancy on rabbits.Conclusions:Quwenfuning has a good repellency against mosquitoes,low acute mammalian toxicity,and also safety for human uses.
