泰国Kret岛埃及伊蚊控制合作研究 Ⅱ.实验室及现场控制效果

摘要: 目的:探讨埃及伊蚊现场控制措施。方法:在试验区根据不同种类结构的积水容器,分别采用微生物农药B.T.I.H-14缓释剂、1%双硫磷砂粒剂及食蚊鱼网斑花鱼将(Poceilia reticalata)3种措施,互相协调、配合使用。结果:试验区采用3种措施1个月后,布雷图指数下降47.62%,两个月后在雨季对照区布氏指数上升29.55%的情况下,试验区布氏指数下降达69.4%。结论:在埃及伊蚊的大面积现场控制中,根据积水容器的种类、结构情况,联合采用B.T.I.H-14缓释剂、1%双硫磷砂粒剂、食蚊鱼网斑花鱼将3种措施,可取得较好的防制效果。

Abstract: To search for the field control methods for Aedes aegypti,in treating area,the three measures,i.e.applying B.t.i.H-14 slow release tablets,putting 1% abate sand granule or stocking larvae eating fish Poceilia reticalata,were used together or separately according to different kinds of water containers.In treating area,Breteau index dropped by 47.62% one month after treatment and dropped by 69.38% two months after treatment,when the rainy season had come.In control area,however,the index increased by 4.88% one month after the launching of the project and increased by 29.55% two months later.Good results for Aedes aegypti control can be obtained by integrating three different control methods in accordance with the type and situation of the water containers.
