云南省埃及伊蚊生态习性研究进展

Abstract: Aedes aegypti is the main vector of important insect-borne infectious diseases including dengue fever, chikungunya fever, and Zika virus disease, which are prevalent in tropical and subtropical regions. In recent years, with the influence of El Nino and the rapid development of global trade and transportation, the distribution of Ae. aegypti has increasingly expanded, and the risk of the transmission of these diseases has gradually increased. By searching for and comprehensively analyzing related articles in China and globally, this article reviews the research advances in the distribution of Ae. aegypti and its important ecological habits and arbovirus-carrying rates in Yunnan, in order to provide a reference for the surveillance and control of dengue vector.

摘要: 由埃及伊蚊为主要媒介的登革热、基孔肯雅热、寨卡病毒病等重要虫媒传染病广泛流行于热带、亚热带地区。近年来,受厄尔尼诺效应及其全球贸易和交通运输业的快速发展影响,埃及伊蚊分布区域不断扩大,上述重要传染病传播风险逐渐升高。该文通过检索和综合分析国内外文献,就该蚊在云南省的分布、重要生态学习性及其带病毒率研究进展进行综述,为监测和防制登革热的传播媒介提供参考依据。
