Abstract: We revealed that the main reservoir hosis of tsatsagamushi disease in the southwest region of Guangxi were Rattus rattoides, R, flavjpectus and Bandicota nemorivaga. The main vector of this disease was Leptotrombidium deliense, which had a wide distribution. Microbiologic and serologic survey proved that there was a natural foci of Tsutsuganushi disease in that region.

摘要： 本调查发现广西西南边境地区恙虫病主要宿主为黄毛鼠、板齿鼠和黄胸鼠,主要媒介为地里纤恙螨,且分布广泛。调查证实,该地区有恙虫病自然疫源地存在。
