Abstract: It was observed that the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens larva in Shanghai against three usual insecticides in 1997. The results are as following: the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens larva to DDVP was higher than those of Permethrin and Deltamethrin. The resistant groups of Culex pipiens pallens against DDVP have increased,so we should not use DDVP in the coming days.
摘要: 目的:了解上海市淡色库蚊对3种常用杀虫剂的抗药性现状。方法:浸渍法。结果:淡色库蚊幼虫对敌敌畏的抗药性水平较高,其次是氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯。结论:对敌敌畏的抗性种群已广泛产生,应限制使用。
